How to Setup the Abandoned Cart Widget?

This section covers how to set up the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Widget, how to enable it, and how to recover Abandoned Cart orders.

Setup accounts have never been so easy! Follow the steps given below to get started with setting your team up for action.

Step 1:

After activating the plugin in your WordPress dashboard, you can now see the “Cartbox” in left side of your menu. When you click on Cartbox, you will see a drop-down menu with four options, click on “Dashboard” to set up your plugin.

Step 2:

Once you click on “Dashboard”, you will see the below page and click on the “Abandoned Cart” tab.

Step 3:

Once you click on “Abandoned Cart” tab, this page will appear, just tap on the “Let’s Get Started!” button.

Step 4:

Now, “Enter your email id” and click on the Next button. You will receive one mail from Cartbox, in which OTP will be sent.

Step 5:

Enter the OTP on this screen and click on “Verify”. If you don’t receive OTP, you can click on “Resend OTP” to OTP again.

Step 6:

After verifying your email id, in this screen enter your Facebook-approved WhatsApp number, business account id, Facebook cloud phone number id, and Facebook cloud permanent token id. To generate all these credentials refer to our blog, “How to generate the permanent token in cloud API?“.

Step 7:

In this screen enter the number to which you have to send a test message.

Step 8:

We have created the below default messages and sent them for approval to WhatsApp automatically. Also, we have mapped them with the below use cases. Click on the below button to continue.

Step 9:

Your test message is sent successfully.

Step 10:

After you click on “Goto Dashboard”, your dashboard will appear as shown below.
